Do you trust your home scales?

Mine just gave me 2 diff answers, 3 lbs apart.

Think I'm going to check at boots.

I don't trust myself with home scales. I get obsessed and keep hopping on and off them. So I don't bother. If I am doing things right I know the weight/fat will come off. So don't weigh at all and rely on the way my clothes fit and how I look.

Perhaps very occassionally I'll use the Boots ones.
