Doing WW at home

I was going to WW meetings but it is getting a struggle now as no one can watch my Ds's and the meeting is upstairs and no lift.

So I am going to do it at home by using the WW website and might go to a meeting once a month when DH isn't working late.

But I told a WW friend this today and she said I would never lose weight at home. But surely if I do everything I did before I will still lose weight.

Does anyone else just do it at home and online??

I do it at home too, obviously the only difference is you havent got the "discipine" of a public weigh in, but if you're serious about loosing the weight, then just hopping on your own scales is motivation enough. You're friend needs to be a bit more supportive, no reason why you cannot support each other, perhaps even have a bit of healthy competition, to see who can loose the most - and you can prove her wrong :-)
