Help please - WW online says I can't change my goal weight as I'm now "maintaining". But I've only lost 5% and have a long way to go.

Can anyone help?

I reached my 5% goal and thought I'd get the chance to choose a new goal. But instead it says I'm in the maintenance phase and can't change my goal.

Does anyone know how to change this?

BTW I have emailed them but it says 2-3 days for a reply and I want to do it NOW
