Hi there, whilst meat is good, it is not a good idea to have lots of it. For lunch you could try;
Mackerel and tomatoe salad
tuna salad
egg salad
ham, egg and tomatoe salad
Why not make pasta wih you healthy extra and for lunch, have some with lots of veg and meat, fish of ur choice.

Example,
Pasta, ham and salad---monday
Pasta, egg and salad----tuesday
Pasta and chicken--wed
pasta, salad and prawns---thur
Pasts, salad and tuna---Friday

Good luck hon, its not easy, but hang in there!

Red day lunches are quite tricky aren't they?

Are you at home or work? My DH hated red days (he's fallen off the wagon now though) as he just seemed to have ham salad.

I have an omelette on a red day. Ham, mushrooms, onion, 2 eggs and 1oz (Healthy Extra A) cheese. Just finished one now. Lush! Works equally well with tuna if you like that. And bacon.

Or because I'm not really a salad fan I would rather have a load of vegetables with some ham and a couple of boiled or poached eggs thrown in because I can!!

I have lost 23lbs and am now where I want to be. I generally do SW Monday to Friday and then slack at the weekend while keeping an eye to make sure I don't start creeping back up again.

Good luck!

red day lunches I have chicken wrapped in bacon or dippy eggs with he bread for soldiers.

Ommlettes are always good. Or have a late brunch with sausage, bacon, eggs , tomatoes.

Ohh Boiled Eggs with Soft Yolks with Asparagud wrapped in Panchetta for dipping!

BLT's are great on Red Days.

Flaked Smoked Mackral in a Health Extra Jacket Potato with a nice Tomato Salad.

Or Lightly brown some Bread under the Grill, top with diced Baccon/musnrooms/tomatoes/spring Onion and HE-A Motzarella and pop under the grill untill the cheese goes Gooey - also
