The last 10-15 pounds

I put on a massive 60 pounds plus during pregnancy. had the baby last November but I still have about 10-15 pounds to lose.

It just won't shift. I do Weight Watchers but my points total is quite high (still breastfeeding.)

The weight/inches just haven't shifted for about 3 months. I do about an hour's exercise a day (weights, walking , aerobics.

What am I doing wrong? Is the weight staying on because I'm BF? (I'm not planning on stopping for a couple of months although the frequency is slowing down.)

Any tips gratefully received! I used to be pretty in shape but it's all gone to wobble.

(I'm 40, if that makes any difference.)

I'd really like to follow something other than WW without compromising my BF.

wow! your weightloss is amazing already you should be so proud! I put on over 40 pounds during my pregnancies (2 babies in 20 months lol! I was 12st 2lbs when i officially started dieting, and am now at 9st 10lbs, I still have 8lbs to go, and I CANNOT shift it! I'm going back on special k diet tomorrow, i was on it in february and lost a stone in 6 weeks, so hoping i can shift 8lbs before my 21st in July! I have no idea what to suggest hun, just wanted to tell you you're not alone, I think the weight is much harder to lose once you get to a certain point in your weightloss, it slows down! Good luck, hope someone else can help you! xx

Thanks so much Francii! I feel better now. Glad I'm not alone- those last few pounds are buggers.

Good luck with the Special K diet- I must look into that! Well done on the weight loss so far- that's brilliant.
