i have started the lighter life lite plan and i have been on it for a week. if anyone else is doing it it would be great to be able to chat about it, swap ideas about meals and generally help each other through.
i started off at 12.5 and i had my weigh in yesterday.i have lost 4lbs and i'm really gutted. its been such a hard week and i haven't had anything else to eat apart from my one meal which has been chicken with veg, with a bit of spicing on it. no alcohol/chocolate/biscuits/bread etc and its been an expensive way to loose 4lbs!
