Ok to fill you in...
been doing weightwatchers and have lost 1.5 stone so far.
need to lose another stone but have not lost any weight for the last 3 weeks.
I am also excercising (running 4/5 miles twice a week and going to the gym twice a week)
never got this far before and have heard about the last stone being a slog to shift = anyone got any tips.
