Weight loss chat

Started ww today- am doing it myself- does this sound ok for tomorrow?

Am allowed 21 points.
So am going to have- porridge 3pts
soup and bread for lunch 3.5pts
pasta and pesto 9pts
and then I have 6pts left over for snacks
have I worked the points for the maels out right d'ya think?

The points sound OK but you'll be a bit lacking in your 5 a day. Make your snacks mainly fruit or incorporate some veggies into your meals to balance it out a bit.

I was going to graze on fruit and veg I am still googling all the points for everything
I have a busy day tomorrow and was trying to use waht I have in cupboards so use my points ifyswim.
I tried slimming world but could'nt get on with it.
I want to lose about 8-10 lbs but have also cut out alcohol so that will probably help
