I need to do some exercise this week - I have Monday, Tues and Wedn evenings free, however it has to be at home when ds in bed.

I have an exercise dvd and was thinking of that each night when he is asleep. Can you suggest anything else I could do in the evenings?

I will join you. Am away until tomorrow afternoon and dh goes back to work so will start tomorrow night.

I used to be a personal trainer so you would think I would have loads of motivation. Sadly not.

I sometimes do the yoga or "caribbean workout" on SKY which is the body in balance channel.

Which dvd do you have?

I have one of Nell McAndrew's, unopened

Hi there Bottletop. I bought a heart rate monitor (£30 from Sweaty Betty) and I get my exercise bike out when DD is alseep. As long as you raise your heart rate 60-80 per cent (the watch will tell you) for 30 minutes you are getting some decent exercise. The watch is great because it means you can basically see the calories being burnt. Try some exercise bands as well. Buy a copy of a fitness mag for inspiration, they often have exercises you can do at home.
