Hi there, Ive registered on Food Focus as have 1 stone more to loose to reach my ideal weight, but I am not sure Im using it correctly, as its telling me I can only have 750 calories a day, to loose 2lbs a week ?? That seems ridiculously low to me and almost at starvation levels...am I doing something wrong or reading what its telling me incorrectly ?
Im 5ft 8 and currently weigh 11 stone and want to get down to 10 stone. Is anybody able to let me know what the correct calorie count should be ?
