Hi, does anyone remember the old system in the 1990's? It was before points, there was a system by which you could only have a certain number of eggs/meat a week. From what I remember it was after the one that you had to count breads/starches. Does anyone know what this was called or have any of the old "kick/quick start weekly planned eating sheets? The menu contained stuff like 3 fish fingers with baked potato (weighed amount) and maybe beans. I lost a lot of weight on this and would like to kick back into it without point system. Thanks

I can't help with any info pre-points system but you might be able to find some old Weight Watchers recipe books on Ebay.

Good luck!
