Is there anything on the points plan diet that i can snack on without feeling guilty? preferably supermarket bought and not bought from meetings!

Tesco do brilliant oat bars - maple or chocolate chip - that taste a bit flapjacky and are only 1 point. They have changed my life ...

M&S Blueberry Puffs! 1.5 points for two. Thin but tasty.

Snack-a-Jacks - 1.5 points per bag.

Will try to think of some more.

I am quite fond of Tesco's salt and vinegar rice cakes with a pot of salsa. Beats crisp cravings with only a point for three cakes, none for the salsa.

Smart price crisps are good LOL.

The multi pack of watsit, chipsticks and onion ring things are all less than 2 points each and 50p for 12 packs.

Jaffa cakes! They are half a point or something daft, so are meringues.

nuts arent good on the diet are they?

one brazil is half a point

CJCregg · 07/05/2009 00:10

Not exactly a snack, but Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie frozen yoghurt is pretty low in points, and much more satisfying than a brazil nut!

Sainsburys and the Co-op both stock a fairly good selection of WW own brand snack, crisps, cakes etc. Failing that Skinny Cow icecream on a stick is pretty low in points

ice gems 1.5 point a pack! Ive just had two, oops!
