Anyone tried the Wii "My Fitness Coach"? Is it any good?

Saw it in tesco today and was wondering if anyone has bought this and could tell me what it's like.

I have a Wii fit which I use most days but wondered what this was like

Have heard it is very good and even better than the Wii fit. Haven't got any personal experience but everything i've heard has been good!

Have a look on Amazon there's loads of reviews on there, most of them very positive. I've just bought it but haven't tried it yet as still waiting for my wii to arrive!!

Hiya

I bought this a couple of weeks ago!! It's exactly like an exercise DVD!!! but the simulated lady looks great, doesnt break out in a sweat and never seems to find the moves hard!!! I've used it a handful of times although use my wii fit more cause the exercises are short and a bit more unusual from conventional. I'm pretty fit for someone whose over weight- can endure an hour of billy blanks and still stand at the end but I struggled with the cardio program!! It's gret if your motivated to put it on... I wasnt in the end and found every excuse not to put it on!! It's gathering dust just like all my other exercise DVD's!! Walking instead!LOL!!

Hi,

I bought it a few weeks ago and find it better than the Wii Fit if you're serious about exercise...it's much harder and burns more calories.

The workouts do lack a bit of variety though and the yoga one wouldn't be great for beginners - it doesn't explain enough.

I've been using it about 3x a week and the groups workouts with my dds have been fun.

The Wii Fit is more fun though and I like the step class on that which allows you to watch tv at the same time, but that one isn't a great calorie-burner.
