I desperately need some advice from fellow lighterlife members.After losing 2st in 6wks last november I gave up my diet.Although I have kept the weight off 'am finding it hard second time round.I started on sunday but by mid day monday I 've had a bar of chocolate.I would like to loose another 2st but how can I stop the cravings?
