The woman who Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow own - I was surprised at them owning her and that she doesn't work for anyone else.

She says if you do an hour a day - 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weights for 6 days a week for the rest of your life you can be fit and lean.

Has anyone tried the dvd's - are they hard??

She is an utter nutcase, has clients on low calorie diets and talks crap with regard to training - forget her!
As case of who you know, not what you know!(This is the general consensus in the Fitness field, by those who know what they are talking about! )

it looks hard!!

Anything will be hard when you do 60+ reps!! Waste of your time and energy!
Who has 6 days a week to exercise too?
Google tracy anderson waste of time and see the posts!!!
Don't fall for the marketing!

This DVD is MENTAL. I have been doing aerobics DVDs for over a year now and I am good with the co-ordination but I was falling over my own feet constantly trying to keep up with this one and getting dizzy from the amount of times I was spinning around! I just stick to running and Davina DVDs with some M.O.S thrown in to mix it up. Still works pretty well I think
