I am huge but making a positive start to lose some.
I have just had a go at a work out dvd that I bought in vain years ago....
The sound is not in sync with actions, the guy is awful and the nutrician advice seems well dodgy... Can;t mix protein with carbs????? Use lots of salt to flavour??!?!?!? If you eat fruit after a meal it will ferment??!?!?!? EH?
Can anybody recommend a good work out video? I liek funky/disco music and am very un coodinated.......
