I dont know about you all but i certainly could do with some more motivation! So I'm setting up the 'May Challenge'!! I think a goal/challenge to work towards really helps, not physically, but mentally as well.
The 1st of May is approaching this Friday as you know. The challenge can be anything you want it to be losing a certain amount of weight, an exercise goal, etc. So please feel free to join in.
My May Challenge is going to be to loose 16pounds hopefully i can do this and i am on the SS programme and nearing my first week But I am also very determined to do it.
Set your challenge here it will be great to check in with progress and how fab would it be at the end of May to say this is what has been achieved.
