Doc prescribed me Orlisat today. He just said I have to follow a low fat diet and that was it, he didn't say anything else. But how low? Is toast on butter going to come back and haunt me 1/2 hour later or is it what i've been doing lately just sensibly eating? My friend said bananas are not to be eaten on it even though I consider bananas to be low fat.

Anyone have any tips? anyone had huge weight losses?

I cut out wheat and potatoes and most junk. I eat an egg and banana each day, rice, veg and fruit, and choc or cheese in the evenings with a hot cup of tea and glass of wine sometimes or Baileys.

Try it, it's cheap and cheerful and I'm as thin as a rake.

Never, EVER assume you only need to fart. EVER.

Oh, and I forgot fish or even black pudding! You need to keep your iron level up!

Good luck. Make sure you take up swimming or gentle jogging too. It'll make you feel on top of the world!

You don't need gimmicks, just self worth, and save the money you would have spent on food on good causes like on charities who feed the starving majority of our World population.

Good luck!
