Has anyone tried this.
Been reading about it today and looks like it is a good idea. You have a good day and then have a very low cal day, so you are tricking your metabolic rate.
I go away a lot at the weekend in the (ahem, caravan) and find this is when I pig out the most and undue any hard work I have done, so I am looking for something where I can let my hair down a little and enjoy the break away, I am currently doing ww, Ive done it before but this time, doesnt seem to be working for me.
