Have lost a shit-load of weight

When I started losing weight, I was in the "morbidly obese" category - ie BMI over 40. I have gone down through the morbidly obese, obese and overweight categories. I am now hovering slightly above the "normal" weight category - BMI about 26. All I ever wanted was to be "normal" weight (and to look just normal).
6 more pounds will do the job, except I don't think I will be happy with the result that I have wanted for so long and that I will want to lose quite a lot more weight. Help me to be happy, please?

Well done on your weight loss nightcrawler! 7 years ago, I lost 5.5 stone in 7 months through calorie restriction and obsessive exercising (so not healthy at all) - by the end I still wasn't happy as my head just didn't have time to catch up with the changes in my body.

I've yoyo'd ever since (never the full 5 stone, but up and down 3 or so) - am currently the lightest I've ever been and starting counselling to look into my body issues amongst other things.

Once you reach "healthy" weight, I would try and maintain it for a few months and just get used to living as a thin person. Well done again!
