Chicken breasts, cubed
2 onions, chopped
1 chilli, finely chopped
Tin chopped tomatoes
Red lentils (approx 50g, but can be more)
Chopped potato
curry powder (to your taste - I add about 2 tbsps)
Cubed aubergine
Diced carrots (I don't add these as I hate carrot)
Coriander to serve, although I often cook it into the curry too
Chicken stock (approx 1/3 pint)

Cook for 1 hour until the whole thing looks like a dansak (mushy!)

H lovest his recipe. It is from an old Time to Eat cookbook from WW. Can't remember the exact weights of ingredients, but it would be between 2.5 and 4 points per serving, plus rice.

if you cook curry without the butter and cream its low fat anyway i would have thought?
recipe for my curry is
onions slowly cooked until soft
chopped chillies or chilly powder
corriander powder and fresh
garlic cloves
turmeric
garam masala
tin of chopped tomatos
chopped fresh toms
chopped chicken breast.

fry off the onions and spices, add toms, bring to boil add chicken cover and bung in the oven for at least 40 mins but the longer the better.
if its too hot add a little lo fat yoghurt
