Has anyone done 'Celebrity Slim'?

Sil is starting tomorrow and I just wondered if there was any feedback on here about it.

She cannot seem to find anything negative about it.

It looks like a remake of the Cambridge Diet, she needs to be careful when she goes back to real food that she does so gradually, good luck to her but it is not good to stay on it long term.
