On a serious note...i desperatley need to find some way of toning up and as quickly as i can..is cardio the best way to do it???
I know im not going to get reults in 3 weeks but it might give me a bit of confidence and kick start me for my holiday in june!

Don't know the answer to your question I'm afraid, although I would imagine that cardio is good but wanted to say I sympathise as I'm off on holiday in 4 weeks and will be "whaling" it up by and in the pool too. I've started weight watchers in the hope to shed a few pounds in time...like you say it's not enough time to make much difference but I'm hoping to feel more confident too
