Would be interested to see how much these diets cost , am considering going on one but DH not keen due to cost although he drops enough hints about me losing weight ( not that he has a six pack anymore ! )

How long do you spend with your coounsellor each week etc , do they come to you or you go to them in group sessions ?

Thanks

Hiya, Im starting cambridge tomorrow went to see my councellor yesterday. It has cost me £39.90 for the week which I know sounds a lot but Im on sole source which means thats all my food for a week, I reckon I would spend more than that normally.

I spent about half an hour with my councellor at her house, she weighed and measured me and we had a chat and she has sent me a good luck text.

I think im going to get most of my support on here tbh there is another thread of women who are on it which im already finding helpful and I've not even started yet

Think lighter life is more expensive and ties you in for a certain amount of time but they offer group counselling which may help look at reasons why you overeat.

Good thing about cambridge is you just stop if it dosent suit you.

Good luck

Hi there. I am doing lighter life at the moment and it costs £66/week. It is all your food and covers the counselling sessions which are really good and really address the reasons for over-eating. I would definitely recommend it if you can afford it.
