Have been trying to lose weight for a while but rather than it coming off I keep piling it on. Im useless. I have a pretty bsy life with 2 kids under 2 and am in the final year at uni so dont always have a lot of time to cook. I do enjoy cooking

Anywho any tips or suggestions on how to lose weight would be greatly appreciated as Im beginning to look like the mitchelin man!

ok, some people tell me off for this as it's not a long term plan, but some days I only eat porridge made with soya milk, bananas and oranges. Eat whenever you're hungry, but just stick to those three things and you won't overeat and you're calorie intake will be right down. Porridge quite filling too.

I hate dieting but if I go over nine I'll do a few days on this 'plan' won't call it a diet.

doesnt sound very appatising. I am just pants at sticking to things and have no will power, I really want to lose 2 stone and look reasonable for the summer.

You could try buying the slimming world magazine and seeing what you think of this eating plan. It is more generous in what you can eat than most diets so if you find it difficult to stick to things then you may find this easier as there is more choice.

It is probably easier if you go to the classes, but if you dont' have the time or money for this you could follow the plan in the magazine and look at the website.

Drink plenty of water. I add slices of lemon and ice to liven it up a bit but sometimes we mistake hunger for thirst

Good luck!

if you want to lose 2 stone by THIS summer and lose it properly (ie safely) then you are best off going to slimming world or weightwatchers. Either way you will need to change things too like walking instead of driving etc

cut down portion sizes if too big, cut out snacks if having them regularly, cut out pastries and pies, eat a little healthier.

Drink plenty of water, cut down alcohol intakeif drinking a little too much.

Walk everywhere don't drive unless pissing down with rain.

weight will come off no probs
