Hi - any comments gratefully received - due to DH's working it will be hard to get to meetings and also I've worked out it's cheaper online (money always an issue!!)
Thanks
P.S need to lose 1 & 1/2 stone at least to become anywhere near feeling semi-normal but I won't start on how low it's making me feel

I'm a big WW fan. I pay for a monthly pass by direct debit, so you can use the on-line stuff and go to as many meetings when you can. Its still cheaper than meetings on their own and there's not registration fees.

I usually use it for 'tracking'. Writing it all down is really useful.
