Exercise DVD for the uncoordinated? :)

My shift work and university hours are a bit sporadic at the moment so I have given up on my gym membership as I simply don't make it.

I can't bear the thought of running, I live in a small town and I -know- people would see me.

I was debating a dvd, but I have a coordination disorder which means that I find copying anything even remotely tricky - and I mean ANYTHING- and I get confused and can't do it. So most that have a lot of dancing and routines and things are definitely out.

Any suggestons for something fairly simple please?

Try Tae-bo.
I'm just very uncoordinated and always get in a muddle when trying to copy routines but the 1st Tae-bo dvd is half an hr of mainly various punches and kicks so its easy to follow.
You'll work up a sweat too.
I got it for about £5 from Amazon.

Davina Mccall's first DVD is quite straightforward - it's interval training rather than complicated dance moves...it's also VERY effective.
