Pretty much as the title says really.
I've never really been a big fan of fitness DVDs but with a new LO and a hubby who works very unpredictable hours my gym attendance can be a bit hit and miss. I have heard that Davina's DVDs are fantastic and have been looking at the High Energy Five or the Super Body Workout ones. Just wondered if any of you had used them/whether they were any good etc before I go and buy one.
