Slimming World-can someone write out a weekly plan?

I have the literature from a friend who is a Slimming World Manager but just feel bamboozled by it all-so could someone help me.

Basically if you could just tell me what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner-pref red days(?) -more carbs if thats right.

I used to eat so well but now I am exceedingly overweight and I just cant get back to being healthy so if I have a plan I will be able to do it-I literally need someone to say I eat this, this and this and it works!

Thanks so much

theres a good weeks menu for veggie and meat and extra easy on the SW website. Might be worth using that for your first few weeks?

There is now a new food plan with SW, its called Extra easy and its just that!

Basically you can eat as much as you like of lean meats, eggs, fresh fruit, veg, fish, pasta, potatoes, rice and cous cous

no weighing or measuring

on any day

all you measure is your bread, cereals, cheese and milk and of course the food with a Syn value.

hunnybun1981 · 01/04/2009 16:25

for example

breakfast red day

2 slices of nimble bread toasted ( 1 he)
bacon with fat trimmed
sauce ( 1 syn)

snacks
muller light yogurts/ filled with fresh fruit

plenty of fluids

dinner

large steak plenty of green veg slimming world chips (syn the potatoes you use)

dessert

muller light yogurt with fruit

snacks fruit

treat kit kat with a cup of tea 5.5 syns
2 alpen light bars with coffee through the day ( 1 h e)

good luck
