Weightwatchers Scales

I bought some of these last year at the height of my ww enthusiasm (which sadly didn't last long). I got them out again today but can't remember which keys to press to unlock them. Can anyone help (must have thrown the instructions away)? TIA.

There is a button on the bottom which you slide along. It has a lock symbol.
