Help!

Need ideas for healthy desserts as I am bored with a piece of fruit or yoghurt.

Just feel I need something sweet after a meal

Any ideas please?

Weight Watchers do puddings in the supermarket which are okay. Chocolate sponge puddings and other bits. Not really exciting but good enough to give you a sweet taste after supper.

Frozen lowfat yoghurts , skinny cow icecream, sorbet, home made crumble with only a bit of crumble and loads of fruit, ice cold fruit smoothies.
