Just looked at old pictures, I was actually slimmer three months after having ds than I am now. Breastfed him for two and a half years as well, but just used that as a licence to overeat.

if you were 5 stone heavier it would not matter

2.5 years is an amazing achievement and i hope you know it

if you want to lose weight then you can start when you stop feeding

i never lose it all until i have stpoped

Definitely! Actually starting right now. Normally I would get some sweets out now to eat while watching Damages. No more.

2.5 years! Oh my goodness that's fantastic! Sod extra weight, you've been busy being a brilliant mum. If you have the discipline and determination to do that, then dieting should be no probs! (in theory..... )
