I think you have to recommended by a doctor and have to be clinically obese

My SIL has been on it and lost stacks of weight - she looks great. Don't know how easy it will be to keep it off though - hopefully someone will be along in a min with more experience. To me it doesn't sound like a very healthy way of dieting TBH but she was morbidly obese so perhaps it was healthier to diet that way than stay obese.

you only have to be 1 stone overweight to do this now. It is very similar to the Cambridge diet but is group based. It is significantly more expensive though so if you are going on a no eatign at all diet I would recommend the Cambridge Diet instead if cost is an issue. Far more choice of flavours on it too.
