Is this healthy?

I want to do a detox to my body and was thinking of today just having three meals - grapefruit which i've had for breakfast, a jacket spud & tuna for lunch and a salad for supper with rice cakes and grapes as snacks. Is it healthy to be having so little calories, if even just for 1 day?

I've seen people eat a lot less!
There doesnt seem anything wrong with the above.
But the main questions asked are;

  1. What are you trying to achieve with this? detox? Not in 1 day.
  2. Is it worth doing such a thing if you were to go back to "normal" eating patterns there after.

Better to state what you are trying to achieve and work from there longer term.
Hope that makes sense.
