I have tried 3 or 4 times over the past 3 years. I listen to the CD every night and lose around 3lbs in the first week. I have a similar loss the second week, and after that it slows down and then stops.
After a while I get hacked off with the CD and teh lack of progress, listen less, lose nothing (in fact put some on) and give up.
Same story every time.
Not yet sure if that is because of me, because PmK is a phoney, or a combination of both.
Have given up now and am going for the walk more snack less approach. Slow going, but have lost 4 lbs in 6 weeks (yes I know, very very slow going) but don't feel I am depriving myself of anything, don't have to listen to any boring CDs and feel I may, just may be able to keep this up.
