I'm pretty new to SW and wondered if you'd mind sharing your fav reciepes to help me and others.

It's gotta be Quorn sausages, 2 eggs fried in fry-light and a mountain of syn-free chips! Completely free on a Green day. You'll find the recipe on the SW website.

anyone am wanting to try and meal plan so need insperation

I started last week and havent had time to sit and study the books so im in the same boat as you. However, i had a very quick flick through and made the carrot and parsnip soup and it is devine.
Im going to have a go at the sweet potatoe wedges (got a bag free at Tescos with a bag of marris piper potatoes)tomorrow.
As far as i can see there are some lovely recipes in the little booklets.
Im struggling to get my head round the syns and free foods, simply because i havent had the chance to study the books.
