ive fell of the dieting waggon, andneed help getting back on!

so much for will power, last night i caved in and had a take away- special fried rice with gravy, how bad was that?only ate half of it and gave rest to ds2. how many calories are in a take away? i shouldnt have, i just couldnt face another slimfast thingy or plate of veg/salad . please tell me all is not lost..... stop me giving up completly

Why would all be lost? Why would you give up completely? You wanted something different, you ate it (not that much of it if you only had half). So today you go back to your plan.

If you can't face the food in your diet, maybe you should plan in some more interesting options so that the choices are not salad or takeaway?

ive done it again- just had a choux pastry! bugger! does anyone know where i can buy some willpower? mine seems to have disapeared!

Maybe you need to do something different from the diet you're on, if it's such a struggle? I'll admit I don't normally post in this section, as it's not something I know much about. But maybe something more of a long-term healthy eating plan would suit you better. If your diet leaves you desperate for treats, despite you wanting to lose weight, then it's not something you're going to find easy to stick at. That's the problem with most diets - they may work fine in principle, but not for actual human beings!

I saw a really interesting link to the "no-s" diet on here the other day www.nosdiet.com/ which looked quite interesting.
