Weightwatchers or Wii Fit - which would be the best investment?

I'd like to drop a dress-size: currently 12-14 -but my jeans are tight and I feel lardy. I know that I should be exercising and dieting to get results, but I can't afford Wii Fit and WW subscription - any views on which would be the best use of my limited cash?

Personally i would do the WW i find the wii fit is good for the first few weeks but too easy to drop out of.
Mine collecting dust as we speak.
The turning up to be weighed keeps me on the straight and narrow.

thanks Lilyloo - the sticking at it bit is the bit I find tricky; both with diets and exercise! I think my default setting is lying on sofa with biscuit!

from what you haev said in those 2 posts it sounds like WW is better for you. With Wii fit you would prob do a bit then eat biscuits

Ohforfoxsake · 21/02/2009 21:07

WW is far more effective IMHO. Get a monthly pass and you can do it on-line and go to meetings.

Wii-fit has its place though.

currently under the sofa

Curioussquid you read me like a book - I always reward mild physical exertion with a snack! I think I'd have to do WW online though as wouldn't make it to meetings regularly
