4lbs in 4 day sis very, very dangerous dont you think?

eternalmother · 21/02/2009 17:17

I don't think a pharmacy would be selling a diet that had not been totally checked out do you? I went with this plan for that very reason check out the celebrity slim site if you are unsure

So eternal which meals are you replacing? what are you having, the shakes? are they tasty?

swiftyknickers · 21/02/2009 18:00

i am tempted, was supposed to loose 3 stone before my wedding in may and have only just remembered!!!

It cost £32 for the first week as you get a few extras in the pack, (shaker, 2 soups and some books)> After that it will cost £25 each week. It is stil early days for me so will keep you posted on weight losses. I replace breakfast and lunch with a shake and have two healty snacks as mid morning and mid afternoon. I then have a healthy evening meal, no carbs so this week have had steak and salad, pork chop and veg you get the idea. I have a five month old and a son with autism so have little time for planning and preparing during the day so it suits me perfectly. I plan to stick with it for at least 8 weeks and then to reintroduce my breakfast and lunch keeping the evening meal as it is and I beleive I can then maintain the loss. It works out at less than £2.00 per meal so it is not that expensive. I LOVE food and thought I would be hungry but no I have been fine, of course I am ready for my main meal (which I don't usually have until 8pm with bedtime routine) but otherwise all great and I feel great no headaches or other problems. I have not tried the soups as I don't really like soup but the shakes are lovely, in the starter pack you get all flavours and I like them all. I don't work for Rowlands!! just really excited by my loss and that I have found something that is working for me. Hope this helps

Hi i work for Rowlands and we have sold a lot of celeb slim. I have found that the weight is coming off quite quick at first then it settles down. We have had such a good response from it that im going to try it and i hate shakes!
