I'm 5 foot 4, weigh 10.5 stone and am size 14. I'd love to lose a stone, and go back to a size 12.
I plan to do this by eating pretty much the same breakfast, lunch and tea that I have just now, but by cutting out most of the endless snacks/ biccies/chocolate/ crisps that I have been sneaking in over recent years.
In order to keep feeling happy and 'treated' I will buy myself a scratchcard or gossip magazine when I need a wee boost.
I'm also going to drink less alcohol (will swap every second drink for a softie on my rare nights out) and am going to go 'cold turkey' on cheese and chips in any format.
I saw a photo of what 100 calories worth of cheese looks like and I swear it's the size of a very small cube. I am sworn off!
I will continue to enjoy low fat yoghurts, highlights hot chocolate, and the occasional ginger snap biccy.
Best case scenario is that I win 100k! Worst case is that that I win sod all and stay this size. Have been very good all week and start in earnest this weekend. Fingers crossed - it could be me!
