seems that a lot of you rate his thinkings so could someone explain what its all about?

You eat what you like when you like. But, you eat more slowly and chew each mouthful and enjoy it, you also put your knife and fork down between mouthfuls. As soon as you feel full you stop no matter what is left on your plate, you can always go back to it later when you are hungry again.

He says you should be listening to your stomach when eating/hungry not your brain.

Thanks Moondog/Furball - umm not too sure on this one.

By the way Marla Singer - is this your name, really strange as I have a friend called Mala (pronounced Marla) and have never heard of anyone else called this!!!
