Dieting and feeling hungry, tips on how not to give in please

I am having a serious go at losing some weight and have done really well the last few days but I feel really hungry all the time.

Will the hunger subside a bit as i start to get used to not eating so much crap ??

I'm doing WW, have been since January and my hunger is definitely subsiding....

Drink tonnes of water. Each time you get a pang of hunger, drink another glass. Or if you are SAHM do a chore.

Warm water with a squeeze of lemon juice will take the edge off but if you are truly hungry - eat, otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and you will stop losing weight.

Little and often is best to keep your metabolism going.

I had soup for lunch lol, whilst all around me were eating bacon sandwiches

Today I have eaten

Bowl of cheerios

Bowl of WW chicken soup and 3 cracker bread

Big portion of salmon stir fry

Might have a yoghurt in a minute.

I'll have a look at that Marla and will try the water thing too.

It shouldn't really be any surprise to me that I feel hungry considering what I was eating before.

Need to add a yoghurt to that list too now lol.

I would go and have a bath to take my mind off it but i'm still waiting for an Argos delivery.

You need to ditch the cheerios and crackerbread. They'll cause you to have sugar highs and dips. Thats what's triggering your hunger.

Go for porridge for breakfast or something more boring, less sugar and wholesome like a no added sugar muesli.

Have some wholemeal bread, oatcakes or ryvita with your soup instead.

Look for other low gi foods for snacks.

I don't normally have Cheerios, I normally have that Nestle (yup), Oats and more but had run out.

I can't eat Rivita, they don't agree with my stomach and am really trying to cut down on bread but will start having a slice of wholemeal with my soup if that will help.
