I luuurrrrvvveee with a crazy passion the strictly come dancing dvds...

I have the Lilia Latinasize and it is fab... I love danicng so suits me well. There are 5 works outs about 10 mins each so you dont get bored and can just fit them in quickly.

I also have the Kelly Brook and Flavia one but I do their warm up with Lilia workouts as their warm up is almost like a work out.

Will be buying the new Lilia and Camilla ones soon.

I also do Bellydance Oz style which is great fun aswell.

Notice a trend.

What kind of things do you like... I like danicng and dont llok at it as exercise so it suits... do you like anything in particular...

I like beaty music but i'm not a huge fan of dancing!!

Are you losing weight with them?

I have a weight watchers exercise dvd somwhere!! I am hoping for a magic dvd that when i watch it the pounds (stones) will fall away!!

Is there a best time of day to do exercise?

Thanks for your reply!

i am definitely feeling healthier and i have been doing them in conjunction with ww so am losing weight. am feeling more toned tho as well and feel the whole happy thing afterwards...i think the key is findin something that works for you.

My cousin really enjoys body combat as she says it feels good to use agression constructively and this works for her and you can get dvds i think.

My mum prefers to be relaxed and calm and lies yoga and pilates dvds so i guess you have to figure out what isnt a chore for you.

I like the Davina McCall ones, they are had work but do have an easy option.
I've been doing the Super body workout for about 3 weeks now and can really tell a difference.
I have to fit it in when I can, so no optimum time for me.
