I do red and green, roughly alternate days. Use my syns for vodka!

Good luck - I've lost 10.5lbs in 5 weeks

And can I recommend lasagne crisps (soak lasagne sheets in hot water for 15 mins, cut them into crisp shapes and oven bake with salt for 15 mins) - they are divine and FREE on green!

jenk1 · 12/02/2009 15:51

oh thats a good idea ive got a packet of lasagne sheets as well, ill try that

me too. I miss my crisps.

Pwsimerimew · 12/02/2009 16:53

Use my sind on wine, salad cream and ketchup. Not together obviously

I do a mixture of red and green - I eat more on extra easy and don't really believe I'll lose weight - I probably would but don't believe it iyswim. I usually eat a HEB for breakfast - cereal - a free lunch - pasta and tomato sauce, baked potato and beans, steak if I'm out for lunch - then another HEB in afternoon (cereal) then a veggie or quorn tea, or a meat and just veg tea. Syns for things like stock cubes, chocolate occasionally, glass of wine sometimes. I tend to have not that many and then have a lot at the weekend!
I've lost a stone in 5 weeks so seems to be working!
good luck.

Just tried lasagne sheets crisps - I'm hooked!
Thanks for the tip

TreeTrunkThighs · 12/02/2009 21:38

Ooh, glad the crisps were a hit.

Had some more last night - some sprinkled with sea salt, others with onion salt. I kept some for late evening (when I usually get the munchies), and found they weren't so nice after sitting in tupperware for 2 hours.
