Okay, I admit it. My baby is 9 months old now. I need to stop mainlining Oreos and peanuts.

I've measured me. Shocking.

I've had a bowl of cereal and a cup of tea.

I'm going to witter on this thread. It would be great if anyone wanted to witter with me.

Witter away. I need to just not eat so much. Although the brand new bread machine chuntering away in the kitchen right now is sooo going to help.

Ahh yes. Fresh bread. Mmmmm. We have one of those too and it's disasterous.

I'm not going to diet, but I'm going to stop eating a load of fatty or sugary crap just because I'm bored.

Hungry.

Or, just in the habit of eating?

I do usually have a snack mid morning.

Maybe I'll have some water and see how I go.

But how, how do you not eat the leftover child's dinner at 6pm. I can do almost anything, but I cannot leave it be....
