Hi everyone, hope you are all doing well. Haven't been around much last week - wasn't well - Again!!! Still not 100% but better than I was thank goodness.
Managed to stay same last week - more by luck than by good behaviour
Need a good boot again I think

Evesmama · 11/04/2005 08:42

right!!

got up had porridge!!!
put big pan of pasta on, gunna chop up some toms and put in some chicken then mix up a low fat sauce and gunna gorge myself on it all day!!!!

Fennel · 11/04/2005 10:18

hi
couldn't post last week as got back from spanish holiday to find I'd put on the 5lb I lost the month before I went - but it was a lovely holiday

am a bit frustrated that dd3 is nearly one and i still have lots of flab to lose - can no longer blame it on having had a baby recently

and I am still busy eating up the kids easter eggs (so they don't get into bad habits

MadameButterfly · 11/04/2005 10:40

Sorry, I forgot to email you my result.

I have lost 1lb, so I am back to what @I was before going to my mums.

Hi YG, I'm on a Mix to Max day today , green lunch, red dinner, TBH I quite like these days, although you are limited to what you can snack on, just your syns, healthy extras and fruit/veg. I eat loads of bananas too, on WW they are 1.5 points, so I would tend to avoid them but now they are free it's great, although I do try to only have one, maybe two, a day for variety's sake.

Well done on the exercise YG!

Anyone got any suggestions for what to do when you have hit a plataeu and you are doing just about all you can in the way of exercise (unless I abandon my children completely )? I have been hovering between 11st exactly and 11st 1lb for the last few weeks and my body just seems determined not to go below 11st. I know it can be done because last year at my lightest I was 10st 12lbs. I am keeping a food diary at the moment, any other ideas?

Demented · 13/04/2005 13:47

swiperfox, I have a list of WW points in an Excel spreadsheet (Hulababy gave me them last year) and you are welcome to a copy, if you are interested CAT me.

Demented · 13/04/2005 13:48

Sorry, millions of messages, just wanted to say if WW is not your thing have a look on e-Bay, you can pick up a Slimming World Food Optimising book cheaply that tells you all you need to know. Think you can get the WW stuff on e-Bay too.

swiperfox · 13/04/2005 19:35

Thank you demented, I have cat you - that will be just what i need.

You might have seen my diary thread - I am getting up every morning at 7 and going out for a 5km walk. It's much much easier than i ever thought - I am not a morning person!! However having that hour out by myself and doing something for me puts me in a superb mood and by the time i get back and the kids are just getting up i'm ready for them!!

Not noticing a dramatic weight shift or anything though - seems to be staying pretty much the same which is a bit dis-heartening!!
