Hello, I just wondered whether anyone has the Gillian McKeith recipe for a pizza base. I have scoured her cookbook and can't seem to find it.

Oooh hello...I was just wondering if anyone was doing the Gillian McKieth type -plan-thing.. I suppose I should search the archives..but it anyone doing it right now? I assume you are Mell0?

I am now quite well into it.. got the books two weeks ago. I lost two pounds in my first week. I have often lost more than that in my first week on diets such a WW of SW.. but I feel that this is more than a diet.. more of something I need to do!

I scared myself silly with those questionnaires in the books.. did anyone else do those? I thought I ate ok-ish but my scores were very bad indeed!

I am struggling this week... munching sunflower seeds as we speak.. but last week I was going great guns and felt so healthy.. and less tired despite not much sleep (never get much sleep due to DS).. but this week I have been craving chocolateand crammed the odd biscuit or chocolate finger into my mouth (wonder if this was becauseI allowed myself a treat at the w/end and ate a large bar of Galaxy.. it was supposed to be a one off.. I really enjoyed it.. but seemed to crave it ever since..) I am bloated on and off again.. v tired.. even have a line down the middle of my tongue. Have cut back on the smoothies.. allowed myself one too many coffees..and had more cows milk than goat's.

Anyone else out there who can relate to this? I really want it to work..

SJ x

Oh and I really can't tolerate those herbal and fruit teas. I tried really hard the first week... camomile is the least vomit-inducing and I don't like it by a long shot! The peppermint almost made me hurl for real.. and I though that sounded quite nice..

Is anyone else struggling? Someone..anyone??

hi Sj... kind of following Dr G's plan.. and have found red bush tea to be the least offensive, you can get it in Tesco, sainsburys, and grapefruit and lemon, and the slice of lemon in hot water you get used to.!!! how are you getting on?
