I'm very curious if anyone with serious nutrition expertese can tell me if this will actually work.

Website HERE

Basically you "diet" for 2 days a week, eating 1200 cals a day and then the rest of the week you can eat what you like, up to about 2500 cals a day. I think that's how it works anyway!

What do you think?

The recommended daily intake for a healthy female is about 2500 calories a day anyhow - so you wouldn't really be able to eat what you wanted.

Essentially it sounds like strict dieting for two days and normal but controlled eating for five days. Any weight loss would be minimal

Hmmm that's what i ws thinking too, really. Think i'll pass and stick to WW lol.
