Has anyone ever had one of these done? How much did you lose? i know its meant to be inches and not lbs which is what im hoping for lol,going for one on thursday before picking up my wedding dress friday morning.

oh dear, I hope you are not expecting to lose a lot of inches in a few places - they cheat horribly by measuring you in about 20* different places, and then when they add together all the 1/4 inches you have shrunk, it adds up to about 8" altogether!
I don't think you can lose even one whole inch in any one area. But I haven't personally had it done, I am going on info from my friend the beauty therapist and from another friend who had it done at a spa and that's what happened to her. Quite disappointing.

• not sure of the exact number but it's far more than just your waist/bust/hips!
