Today I am in competition with my friend....first one to lose half a stone....

We're all off to salsacise tonight to give us a start exercise wise. I've been watching what I eat anyway but am going to be more vigilant because I want to win [win] No I don't mind really if she wins it's all in fun.

Giving ourselves 6 weeks then it's the big weigh in. My OP sounds like I mean today we are trying to lose 1/2 stone

yes looked like that. I've done ok with my food but not had chance to weigh myself as couldn't get to salsacise and haven't got scales so she'll be ahead of me
